That'ss what Easstern dragonss do. What you've got with wingss and no legss iss called an Amphiptere. No legss or wingss iss a Wyrm or Guivre (a ssea sserpent being a type of Guivre). You'd have a Guivre with magical flight capabilitiess. Very unique. <3
